Why My Brother Printer Won't Print Perfectly?

If your Brother printer won't print black, it's probably because you bought a low-quality black ink cartridge. Cheap ink cartridges often do not detect the printer correctly and dry out. The only way to get your black text to print is to replace the ink cartridge. Open the front panel of your printer and unlock the black ink roller. Now, lift the lock lever and remove the black ink cartridge. Gently push it out. If the problem persists, try restarting your computer or removing the protection tap.

Sometimes removing and adding printers can solve printing problems. So, you should uninstall and again install the brother printer on your PC or network.

If the problem still persists, you can go to the Control Panel and click on Devices and Printers. If your printer is listed, click on the Add device option. Once you select your Brother printer, click on it to install it. To connect to your printer wirelessly, navigate to your printer's IP address in the Apple menu or System Preferences. If you don't see it, you can click on the arrow to see a list of compatible printers.

To check the status of your printer, click on the icon. Under the General section, find the "Print Spooler" section and select the "USB" option. Then, click on the Printer Name to view its status. If you still cannot print black from your Brother printer, the problem is likely to be related to a blockage or a dry printhead. To clean your print head, open the headcover, pull the ink cartridge lock lever up, and then close the paper output cover. Next, unplug the fine cartridges from your Brother printer.

Another possible cause of the Brother printer, not printing is jammed paper. You can manually remove the jammed paper and try printing again. This will fix the problem if your Brother printer is not connected to a network. If this doesn't work, call the manufacturer of your printer and get a replacement. The troublesome re-connection is a good idea in many cases. You can also try to restart your computer.

First, check the LED light on your printer. If it blinks, it's getting enough power. If it doesn't, turn off the power. Changing the LED light will fix your Brother printer. If you still don't see the lights, try the other steps listed below. You might even have a printhead problem if you don't have the correct driver. If your printer is on the wrong side of the computer, you'll want to restart the machine in the same location to prevent the printer from crashing.

After restarting your computer, try checking your printer's status. The LED light should be flashing. If it's on, the error is in the printer. It should be connected to a power source. If it's not, reconnect the cord to the device. If the error persists, try looking for the 'Help' option in the Device and Printers section of your browser. In the 'Printing' tab, select 'See What's Printing' to see whether it has fixed the problem.
